ThermaClean Liquid (Formulation 2) is a specialized neutralizing solution developed to safely remove residual cleaning chemicals after the carbon-removal process. It helps restore treated surfaces to a food-safe condition while supporting protection against corrosion and rust formation on steel trays and metal equipment.

Its advanced neutralization system is designed for commercial bakeries, food-processing facilities, dairy plants, and industrial kitchens where hygienic finishing and equipment safety are essential. The formulation enhances post-cleaning safety, improves metal longevity, and prepares containers for final sterilization and reuse.

3-STAGE INDUSTRIAL CLEANING PROCESS

CHEMICAL SOAK

ThermaClean Formulation 1 is diluted with hot water and used for deep soaking to loosen heavy carbon buildup, burnt grease, and stubborn residues from industrial trays and containers.

NEUTRALIZATION

Formulation 2 neutralizes remaining chemical residues after cleaning while helping protect steel trays and food-processing equipment from corrosion and damage.
